The proper functioning of hardware, network and power supply are guaranteed under Foundations™. For many smaller and less data-critical businesses, it provides a satisfactory degree of reassurance and protection.
Please note that under the terms of the service level agreement, PEER 1 Hosting cannot support the Operating Systems of devices - even for our Managed Hosting customers.
The SLA applies to the replacement of server hardware (this to include servers, CPUs, cabling, firewalls, load balancers and SANs); to the unbroken availability of power and HVAC during a given month (excluding scheduled maintenance time); and to 100% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance time but including managed switches, routers and cabling.
