
Fabio Banducci joined PEER 1 Hosting as its Executive Vice President in October 2005 reporting to the Company's co-founder and then CEO, Lance Tracey. In September of 2006, Fabio was appointed President and in September of 2007 he became President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and its subsidiaries. Under Fabio's leadership, PEER 1 Hosting has emerged as one of the world's leading IT hosting providers. During his tenure, PEER 1 Hosting has pursued a strategy focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, expanded domestically and internationally, received numerous corporate awards and consistently grown profitably. Prior to joining PEER 1 Hosting, Fabio spent twelve years with a Canadian investment banking firm where he served as a member of the executive committee, board of directors and was responsible for all banking activities at the firm. Fabio holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from McGill University. He is also a CFA charterholder. Fabio lives in Vancouver, British Columbia with his wife and three children.

In April 2006, Gary Sherlock was appointed to the role of PEER 1 Hosting's chief financial officer. Gary spent 14 years at BC Hydro before arriving at PEER 1 Hosting. There, he served as the director of finance, distribution line of business. Gary is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with 20 years of experience in executive positions in both corporate and operational roles in a multi-billion dollar environment. Gary graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina. He currently sits as the director, audit committee to the board of directors, North Shore Credit Union (administrates more than $1.5 billion in total assets) and has spoken at conferences around North America on risk management, business planning and activity-based costing.
Dominic Monkhouse joined PEER 1 Hosting as managing director of the company's new UK operations in January, 2009, bringing more than 14 years of IT industry experience to the team. Dominic is the key executive responsible for building and growing PEER 1 Hosting's expansion into Europe. In his role as managing director, Dominic is responsible for sales, marketing and service delivery across PEER 1 Hosting's UK business and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. His role is integral to the company's continued commitment to customer service. Before joining PEER 1 Hosting, Dominic served as managing director of IT Lab, where he was able to quickly transform the company into the fastest growing IT service provider in the UK SME market. Prior to IT Lab, he was managing director of Rackspace, which grew from a staff of four to 150 under his guidance. Dominic has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Food Marketing from Newcastle University and a MBA from Sheffield Business School in the UK. Dominic frequently participates in public speaking events on the topic of creating great places to work and achieving continuous client satisfaction. He also is involved as a judge of the Sunday Times Customer Experience Awards.
Sheila Bouman is responsible for leading PEER 1 Hosting's efforts to ensure that our people are engaged, committed, and contributing their best to ensure that PEER 1 Hosting becomes the most human Internet hosting company in the world. As Chief People and Performance Officer, Sheila will be a strategic partner to the PEER 1 Hosting leadership team, and in an operational management role she will define and execute people plans that support the peer's vision, culture, and strategic priorities. Prior to joining PEER 1 Hosting in 2012, Sheila spent the last fourteen years providing consulting services to leaders and their teams on how to align the contribution of their people to the company's goals, specifically during times of change. As co-founder of Navigo Consulting and Coaching, Sheila and her team have worked closely with PEER 1 Hosting since 2009. Committed to community service, Sheila has served on several non-profit boards and committees and in 2011, completed one term elected as a Trustee for the Board of Education. Sheila graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education and is a certified executive coach.
Steve Patti joined PEER 1 Hosting as Chief Marketing Officer in July 2011. Steve has more than 20 years of marketing experience, launching his own international marketing firm in 1996 that generated $20 million in revenue and served Fortune 500 brands. He will be using his knowledge and insight to oversee the global marketing and go-to market efforts of both PEER 1 Hosting and ServerBeach across the North American and EMEA markets. Prior to joining PEER 1 Hosting, Steve served as the Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development at Generations Federal Credit Union where he led the company’s sales, marketing and brand management efforts. Steve was also the founder of Polarity, a global technology marketing firm and has held other leadership roles at companies including Kao Infosystems and Compaq Computer Corporation. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University.

Jad Jebara serves as the PEER 1 Hosting senior vice president of finance and administration, where he directs the company's financial activities. His responsibilities include overseeing the budget, corporate policy and procedures, strategy implementation, financial planning, reporting, and systems implementation. Jad joined PEER 1 Hosting as director of finance in February of 2007, and has played a key role in corporate financing re-alignment and led the financial and operational systems upgrade and implementation. Prior to joining PEER 1 Hosting, Jad led a private consulting practice for clients including Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. He also served as corporate controller with IDS Software System, Inc., and as a senior business consultant and auditor with Arthur Andersen. Jad, a Fulbright Scholar, holds a Master's in professional accounting with information management as concentration from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics degree in major accounting from Birzeit University. He is also a registered certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of California, and a certified management accountant (CMA).

Robert Miggins is the senior vice president of business development for PEER 1 Hosting. He has worked for more than 10 years in IT infrastructure, with all aspects of the industry including sales, marketing, product development, and operations. Robert has been with PEER 1 for more than four years and is responsible for developing the company's product roadmap, strategic partnerships, and customer loyalty initiatives. He also heads up PEER 1 Hosting’s programs targeting vertical markets, such as SaaS and hosting resellers. Prior to holding his current position, Robert was the vice president of ServerBeach, where he led sales, marketing, tech support and operations for the dedicated hosting company. Prior to ServerBeach, Robert worked for four years at Rackspace, holding roles such as vice president of sales, vice president of product management and general manager of Rackspace UK. Robert received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from the University of Texas.
Jay Newman is responsible for the direction and management of all sales activities for PEER 1 Hosting. He is also responsible for the forecasting and delivery of all direct inbound and outbound sales worldwide for the company. Newman joined the company in 2010, bringing more than 20 years of experience in sales. Before joining PEER 1 Hosting, he co-founded the Digital Recognition Network, the fastest growing company in Auto Lending Asset Recovery. In addition to his automotive experience, Newman brings a strong background in storage and the hosting industry, holding management roles with EMC Corp. and Rackspace. Jay Newman works out of the PEER 1 Hosting offices in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.

Ted Smith joined PEER 1 Hosting in October 2005 as Vice President of the Managed Hosting division. In 2007, he became Vice President of Operations and following the June 30, 2008 fiscal year end, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Operations. He is currently responsible for all IT hosting operations for PEER 1 Hosting, drawing on his experience in a variety of operational roles in the hosting and network business. His past roles include overseeing three datacenters as the AVP of operations for Interland, and building a national OC3 IP network for Hostcentric Dedicated Hosting in his role as vice president of network engineering. Ted also served as CTO at Maxim Computer Systems where he helped to develop the co-location and dedicated hosting products, designed the datacenter and network operations centers, and built the support team. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from California State University, Chico, and a Masters in Mathematics from Michigan State University.

Brenton Brown is the Vice President of Finance for PEER 1 Hosting. He brings more than 15 years corporate finance and development experience from the venture capital sector in North America and Europe. Brenton leads PEER 1 Hosting's budget and planning, operational efficiency, treasury, and merger and acquisitions activities. Prior to his current position, Brenton led equity finance for Intel Capital's Digital Home, Enterprise and Corporate Technology investments and was responsible for business development and strategy at Portland based start-up Signacert. Brenton received a Masters in Finance from the London Business School, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia.

With more than 13 years of experience in datacenter management and customer service management within the hosting and network industry, Ryan Murphey currently directs the design, budget and capacity planning for PEER 1 Hosting's 18 datacenters across the United States and Canada. Prior to his current position with PEER 1 Hosting, Ryan was the director of operations for ServerBeach. His responsibilities included the design and supervision of the build out of multiple datacenters across the US, management of the datacenter operations teams and management of product engineering within ServerBeach. For seven years prior to joining PEER 1 Hosting, Ryan owned a private technology consulting firm specializing in the design, installation and support of local and wide area networks, managing associated connectivity, security aspects and disaster recovery.

Rajan Sodhi joined PEER 1 Hosting in November 2004 and assumes responsibility for corporate marketing and communications for PEER 1 Hosting and ServerBeach. Rajan has over 18 years experience in brand strategy, integrated web marketing, and social media. In 2005, he led the successful brand integration of the newly acquired Interland assets into the PEER 1 Hosting family. He is passionate about the endless opportunities for small businesses on the web, and has made it a career to help them get on board. In 2006, he launched the popular BIG Marketing for Small Business blog to help serve this purpose. He has produced award-winning Internet advertising campaigns, and his opinions and insight have appeared in publications around the world. Prior to PEER 1 Hosting, Rajan served as head of marketing and client marketing services at The Portables, a tradeshow exhibit firm. Rajan earned a Bachelor of Commerce with small business and entrepreneurship as a concentration from the University of Victoria. An active member of the business community, Rajan has served on several boards and committees including the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Red Cross, Lois Fish Palliative Society, Junior Achievement of British Columbia, and F5 Expo.
Tim Varma has worked in the hosting industry for over a decade. In his current position as VP, Product Development, Tim manages all aspects of PEER 1 Hostings's product portfolio life cycle, from product conception to go to market strategies. Tim is responsible for maintaining all the company's product lines which include Managed Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, Colocation and Cloud Hosting services. During his time at PEER 1 Hosting, Tim has played a key role in creating and managing the company's strategic and tactical roadmaps, establishing key partnerships and championing critical growth initiatives. Before joining PEER 1 Hosting, Tim spent five years at Interland (now Web.com) working as a senior sales engineer and product manager. Prior to Tim's web hosting experience, he spent six years in several senior system engineering roles. Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Information Technology from the University of Georgia.
