WebWalk is an add-on feature to our SmartMonitoring™ tool, and is a proven dynamic feature that uses test-client (or synthetic) transactions to measure your web-based application performance from your customer's point-of-view. It cycles through your application transaction steps every 2 to 5 minutes and measures them against set thresholds to make sure they are completed within your specified timeframe. If performance falls below thresholds, you are immediately notified so that you can take action. Your performance data is accessible through our SmartMonitoring portal and dashboard. This lets you easily analyze end-user experience and underlying infrastructure performance data. It also lets you rapidly pinpoint and resolve root causes of a performance degradation or outage, and keep tabs on real end-user performance relative to application availability and customized service level agreements.
