How it Works
A three-step process represents the most efficient way of increasing capacity, scalability and performance while involving no extra cost in equipment, software or human resources.
- A Virtual IP is assigned to the application to be load-balanced.
- Your servers are divided into groups, each appearing as a single “virtual” server and sharing a single, virtual IP address.
- Requests come in on this virtual IP, which you can assign to any domain name, just like a real IP.
