The basic tenets of the Architecture agreement apply to the replacement of server hardware (this to include servers, CPUs, cabling, firewalls, load balancers and SANs); to the unbroken availability of power and HVAC during a given month (excluding scheduled maintenance time); and to 100% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance time but including managed switches, routers and cabling.

Also included are the Operating Systems of the relevant devices.
