Coming armed to the teeth with experience and qualifications doesn’t hurt, but attitude and personality are equally as important. Our recruitment process is about ensuring we suit each other. Otherwise we both lose:

A typical interview process involves:

  1. Phone interview - giving you the chance to chat to us from wherever you like.
  2. Face to face with up to 3 people - front line staff from same/ other department, manager and even director.
  3. Draw a picture - we won’t say any more, don’t want to spoil the surprise. You don’t need to be good, just have a go.
  4. Presentation - anyone could be asked to do a presentation as part of the interview process. Don’t worry! We are after the content not the delivery.
  5. Gallop Strengths Finder 2.0 – this ensures we really click, and that you’re joining PEER 1 to do what you do best.
