Data Centre Operations Technicians

We’re constantly on the look out for enthusiastic people to join our Data Centre team based in Fleet. Our Data Centre Operations Technicians are at the heart of our European operations and are responsible for building, configuring, deploying and supporting Servers on behalf of our Customers.

In this position we’d consider people who are passionate about working in the IT industry, who hold a full UK driving licence, and who are willing to work as part of a 24x7 rotating shift pattern (which will include weekends and nights). A practical attitude and an interest in Operating Systems (Windows / Linux / UNIX), Networking equipment and a fascination of Computer Hardware is essentially what we’re looking for as a basic minimum requirement.

We’re also interested in speaking to more seasoned IT professionals who are experienced in Data Centre environments.

New Business Hosting Sales Executives (Southampton)

We are always interested in speaking to high achieving IT Sales people, at all levels. Especially those with experience of selling: Managed IT Services, Managed / Dedicated Hosting, Co-location services, Software as a Service (SaaS).

Given the nature of our business, most of our Sales team are based from our offices in Southampton. This is our preference, although at a more Corporate or Enterprise level, we’d certainly consider field / remote based Business Development Managers.

Technical Support Specialists (Windows) (Southampton)

Moving into 2010 and beyond we expect to significantly expand our Customer Support teams. As such, we’re always speaking to technical professionals who share our philosophy on world class customer service. If you have a background supporting Windows Server Environments in either a 1st/2nd/3rd line capacity, and have commercial experience of IIS and Microsoft SQL Server then we’d be delighted to hear from you

Technical Support Specialists (Linux) (Southampton)

We love Linux. Our Customers love Linux. If you love Linux, then we’d love to talk to you. Experience of all Linux distributions interest us, but in particular Red Hat. Whether you’re a seasoned IT professional with many years’ experience working within enterprise Open Source environments, or simply a self confessed ‘Geek’ with a ‘hobbyist’ interest in Open Source and your own home network, then get in touch.

Other complimentary skills could include: MySQL, PostreSQL, Apache or JBoss.
