Culture and competency interview.
Let’s get to know each other better. We'll talk about your skills and experience, how you’ve overcome specific obstacles in your career, and what accomplishments you’re most proud of. We’ll also fill you in on the culture at PEER 1 Hosting and invite you to ask us questions about the role you’ve applied for.

ADVICE FROM A PEER:
Include your results in your résumé. When you give us examples of what you've done in the past, focus on the outcome, and the results you delivered.
Tell us who you are! Even though our shared values are important, people should be themselves. I always tell people that PEER 1 Hosting is a place you can bring your real self to work.
Be prepared to tell us why you think you’d be a good match. Of course we want your technical skills to shine, but we also want to know how you’d contribute to the culture of PEER 1 Hosting.
