PEER 1 Hosting's super-cool new HQ in EMEA

The slide in PEER 1 Hosting's new EMEA HQ, SouthamptonAt PEER 1 Hosting we have always placed a huge emphasis on our employees, striving to seek out the best staff for our offices around the world. Our business is about providing the best solution whatever the problem, and one of the key aspects that enable us to do this is our staff. So when it came to redesigning our European offices, in particular our EMEA headquarters in Southampton, we asked ourselves:

  • How can we make this a place where ideas can flourish, and avoid it becoming just another boring ‘IT’ office?
  • How can we make this an investment in the company and its people, as opposed to just making the office look?

The answer lies in our brand new, shiny HQ – situated on the docks in Southampton, we’ve designed the building to make it a space that our staff will love working in. Renowned architects Space & Solutions have designed a space that allows collaboration between the various teams, which will also serve as a business hub for the local community.

There is nothing better than working in a dynamic team who love the work they do, and this is the environment we want to maintain, grow and replicate across our offices worldwide. Our offices in London, Portsmouth and Nice have also been refurbished in line with the theme of the Southampton HQ, to make sure that no matter what office you’re working in, you’ll still experience the exciting energy of PEER 1 Hosting.

To celebrate the opening of all the new offices in EMEA, the anniversary of our greenest data centre in Portsmouth, and to lead the way for all our staff around the world, we are holding an official launch day on the 11th April in the PEER 1 Hosting Southampton HQ. As well as inviting local media and business hubs from in and around the South East, we are also privileged to have the Mayor of Southampton attending to officially open the office and say a few words on why it is great to see innovative internet companies investing in the region. So put the date in your diary and make sure you come down to see what all the fuss is about.
